We’re offering genuine support with community involvement and opportunities for employment, if that is your goal! You can reach for the stars, and we’re here to help!
Are You Eligible:
To kick off this journey, you’ll need to be enrolled in the DIDD, CHOICES, or ECF Program through your insurance provider. We’re here for those assessed as Level 3 or 4 in terms of their required level of care, ready to support a diverse range of disabilities and needs. But hey, if you’re in need of nursing staff or assistance with injectable medications, we might not be the perfect match.
