AdvanceCare is a provider for the HCBS Waiver and the CHOICES Program. We accept the following payment types: Private Pay. WellPoint, United Healthcare. BlueCross BlueShield, Long Term Care Policy. Yes, you will need to sign a service contract. This outlines the responsibilities and commitments of both the client (you) and AdvanceCare (us).
If you have WellPoint (formerly Amerigroup), BlueCross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, VA, or Choices, we will bill them directly for covered services. For Long Term Care insurance or Worker’s Compensation, we will send you an invoice, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. For private pay clients, invoices are issued twice a month.
Yes, we require a deposit equivalent to two weeks of service. This is fully refundable, and any remaining balance will be applied to your final invoice when our services conclude.
