What Is the AdvanceCare Referral Program?
The AdvanceCare Referral Program rewards individuals who refer caregivers, clients, Family Model Professionals (FMPs), or administrative staff to our organization. Every successful referral helps expand our reach and strengthen the quality of care we offer throughout Tennessee.
You don’t need to be an employee to refer someone. Anyone—friends, family, neighbors, community members—can participate.
Who Can You Refer?
We accept referrals in four key categories:
1. Caregiver Referrals
Do you know someone who’s reliable, kind, and passionate about helping others? Refer them to join our caregiver team! After they complete 30 days of employment, you’ll receive a $150 referral bonus as our thank you.
2. Client Referrals
If you know a senior, veteran, or family in need of homecare services, refer them to AdvanceCare. Once they begin services and stay active for 30 days, you’ll qualify for a client referral reward.
3. Family Model Professionals (FMPs)
FMPs provide care in a family-style setting. If you know someone who has room in their home and a heart for caregiving, refer them to this rewarding opportunity. You’ll receive a bonus after they are approved and serve for 30 days.
4. Administrative Referrals
Administrative professionals help our care system run smoothly. Refer a qualified candidate to join our internal team. After 90 days of successful employment, you’ll receive your referral bonus.

- Once your referral is confirmed and meets the eligibility requirements (30 or 90 days depending on the position), you’ll receive your bonus.
