AdvanceCare is a provider for the HCBS Waiver and the CHOICES Program. We accept the following payment types: Private Pay. WellPoint (previously AmeriGroup), United Healthcare, BlueCross BlueShield, Long Term Care Policy, Workers’ Compensation, Veterans Administration Contract, and all major credit cards.

Because each care situation is unique, we recommend setting up a complimentary consultation (either virtually or in your home) so that we can accurately assess your needs and provide relevant pricing information.
