Your Path to AdvanceCare Caregiver Onboarding!
Ready to join a team that makes a difference? Here’s how simple it is to get started:
Apply Online: Step one of caregiver onboarding begins by filling out our application on the AdvanceCare website. Include your employment history from the past 5 years (with contact information and dates) and provide 3 personal references (non-family members).
Phone Interview: Once we receive your application, we’ll schedule a brief phone interview. This takes about 10-15 minutes and is an opportunity for us to learn more about you.
Orientation via Zoom: Next, you’ll attend a virtual orientation session. This hour-long training includes quizzes and prepares you for the next steps.
Background Check: After orientation, we’ll conduct a background check, which typically takes 3-5 business days to move forward with caregiver onboarding.
Final Documentation & Onboarding: Once the background check is complete, you’ll sign post-hire documents. Then, you’ll create your ClearCare login to view your schedule and client assignments.
