Becoming an AdvanceCare caregiver is a rewarding career!
First, fill out an application on our website. Include the past 5 years of employment history with contact information and dates, as well as 3 personal references who are not family. We will then schedule a phone interview with you that takes approximately 10-15 minutes. The next step is to schedule orientation, and this is done via zoom. Orientation is the training that you need in order to proceed, and it’s approximately 1 hour long and includes quizzes. Once this is completed, we will do a background authorization and gather documents that are required for employment verification. The background check takes approximately 3-5 business days to return. Once the background check is completed, we sign post hire documentation. Then you will create a password and log into ClearCare to view your schedule and the clients you are assigned to. It’s that easy!
